We like to say between $3,000 (low-end) to $5,000 (average). But in reality, it can vary widely. Remember, we only work with $10,000+ leads. So, even with a ‘bad contract’ where you give up 100% of the ‘face value’ – we’ve worded the contracts so you’ll ALWAYS keep 100% of the accrued interest.

EXAMPLE 1: $10,000 lien x 5 years old @ 8% interest = $4,000 PROFIT
EXAMPLE 2: $10,000 lien x 3 years old @ 10% interest = $3,000 PROFIT
EXAMPLE 3: $20,000 lien x 2 years old @ 6% interest = $2,400 PROFIT

 What If The Lienholder Wants 100%?
If it’s your first deal or two – say “YES” because you’ll still profit. How? The lienholder can keep 100% of the ‘face value’ which is the debt’s value when entered into the court records. But every day after this the debt accrues interest (at a state-mandated rate), and we can keep 100% of any accrued interest from the lien – HUGE PROFITS!
 Can An Attorney Do This For Me?
Yes! But you’ll only need an attorney to File/Record one document – something you can do yourself online for a couple bucks!
 Can This Be Outsourced?
YES! We suggest that you close 1-2 deals to understand the process, but once you’ve done that – 100% of the process can be outsourced… usually for $5 / hr to do everything you do! We even show you perfect English-speaking VAs that can make ANY calls for you too!
 Could I End Up In Court With This?
No, you’ll never end up in court! You won’t need to file any court actions, a lawsuit, legal paperwork – none of that! All you do is File/Record one document to show that you’re the current lienholder, so when the auction concludes you get paid automatically.
 What Is The Worst-Case Scenario For This Program?
Worst case, the auction fails due to mortgage restructure, deficient bid, or bankruptcy. In every other scenario, even a cancelled auction, will result in you getting paid.

With a mortgage restructure or deficient bid the lien still applies, but a collection activity would be needed – this is taught in Overnight Lien Profits [GOLD] (see Order Form upgrade at checkout).

Bankruptcy doesn't wipe the lien out unless Chapter 7 (liquidation) is declared, again a collection activity would be needed. This here is why we ‘option’ liens, so we pay nothing out-of-pocket, and in any of these scenarios – we lose nothing too!
